- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for set up.
- Please sign up for all classes at front counter.
- Sign-ups start 45 minutes prior to all classes.

BODYPUMP ® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. BODYFLOW ® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. BODYCOMBAT ® is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYATTACK ® is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you will push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
This Tabata-style class targets the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance to tighten and tone all regions of your lower body and core. Hit those problem areas HARD just in time for swimsuit season!
A strong core is the foundation of a strong, stable, balanced body. This 30-minute class is designed to build those core muscle groups by strengthening the abdomen and back muscles, while improving posture and increasing flexibility.
